LIABILITY
- The MWCC is not responsible for personal injury, loss of or damage to property, including artwork produced by and work belonging to students or members at any stage of creation.
REFUNDS
- Class and student fees are not refundable except for cases of extreme hardship to be determined by the Board of Directors.

This application is considered part of your student agreement. I fully understand that this application is taken subject to the approval of the MWCC Board of Directors, and is subject to class position availability. The Board need not supply specific reasons for denial, and is released form any liability associated with the same. Payment for the class must be received at the clay center 5 days prior to class.
